3.2 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Accounts created on the basis of incorrect or false information may be closed, and in such cases the deposited funds may not be refundable.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
dhka7 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure security. In such cases, a government-issued ID, proof of address, or documents proving ownership of a payment method may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.
3.4 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

4.2 Deposit Conditions
Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your account. Deposits made using third-party payment methods may be rejected, and the associated account may be suspended for investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Your account must have sufficient balance to make a withdrawal, and withdrawals cannot be made from bonuses where active wagering requirements have not yet been met. dhka7 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for large withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will be added and your total balance will be ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus requires 15x wagering, applicable only on the bonus amount (not on the total of deposit amount + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion may be claimed only once per account.
- The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is credited; otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- dhka7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
5.4 VIP Program
dhka7 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular activity.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules
All bets and game outcomes on dhka7 are determined by automated systems. If a connection is lost during a game, dhka7 will use the data stored on the server to determine the result. If a user benefits unfairly due to a system error, that transaction will be considered void.
6.2 Betting Limits
Betting limits may be set according to the user's account tier and the type of game. dhka7 reserves the right to change any betting limits at its own discretion.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined based on official results. If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dhka7:
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Hacking the system, sending viruses, or carrying out any form of technical attack.
- Bonus abuse — such as taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
- Reverse engineering the platform's software or algorithms.
- Providing a false identity or documents.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
If any of the above violations are proven, dhka7 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure at User Request
You may close your dhka7 account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. If any outstanding wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus will be cancelled; however, the original deposited funds will be returned.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by dhka7
dhka7 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If a violation of the terms is confirmed or suspected.
- If a user does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
- If credible evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- In compliance with directives from regulatory or legal authorities.
Limitation of Liability
The dhka7 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. dhka7 will not bear any liability for the following:
